Talent Competition in Lewisham Shopping!

Lewisham's Got Talent

Following the huge success of TV shows like Pop idol and ITV1’s The X Factor we teamed up with Lewisham Council to stage a borough wide talent competition to find the person or group, with the best talent in Lewisham.

Hundreds of hopefuls have been whittled down to just 10 acts over July and early August and the Grand Finale is on Saturday 30th August, at Lewisham Shopping North Square from 1pm to 3pm. Deputy Mayor Cllr Heidi Alexander (Cabinet Member for Regeneration) who judged the Semi finals said this is “By far the best thing I have done in my four years of being  a councillor.”

The event has been widely publicised by PR and advertising in the Lewisham Mercury and Lewisham News Shopper as well as outdoor posters and radio.

The winner will receive a recording studio session and a chance to perform at the Lewisham County Fayre on Sunday 14th September.
