Free Goodies during Age Concern Week!

On Friday 28th September, as part of the National Age Concern week, Lewisham Centre is hosting a day specifically for the local ageing population in Lewisham. From 10am-2pm Age Concern will have a display in the North Mall and will be speaking to shoppers and handing out leaflets, literature and free goodies. Throughout the day they will run a lighthearted seated exercise class, a line dancing taster session and on a more serious note, they will run a 'bogus calling' session, advising people on how to be safer in their homes from intruders.
