In conjunction with LBV TV who were funded and organised by NHS London to provide this Road Show, we will be providing information on physical activity opportunities that are happening locally for people to participate in and become more active.

Alongside this, there will be demonstrations on various activities like bowling, line dancing, exercise and salsa. So pop along to Unit 40b in Lewisham shopping to the Go London Road show Over 50s event for your first steps in healthy living!
